Healthy Pet Welcomes Two New Hires to Ferndale Facility

Ferndale, WA (July, 2018) - Healthy Pet is proud to welcome Katie Vaniman and Carroll Ballard to Healthy Pet. Katie has joined the Consumer Marketing Team in a newly created role as a Marketing & Customer Experience Associate, where she will be supporting the growing digital marketing & consumer communication efforts, as well as assisting the Customer Experience Team in crossover areas.
Katie joins Healthy Pet with valuable experience in marketing communications via social and other digital platforms. “Katie will be a great asset to us as we continue to grow our digital presence and establish a deeper connection with our consumer through social channels and an omni-channel marketing strategy,” said Jane Wasley, Head of Consumer Marketing for Healthy Pet.

Katie and her husband Eric live in Lynden, WA with their daughter Sariah and a Golden Retriever named Maverick. “I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to working as a part of the Marketing team at Healthy Pet,” states Katie. “I am excited to focus on digital marketing efforts as well as the overall customer experience.”

Carroll Ballard is the newest member of the Healthy Pet Customer Experience team.  The skill set Carroll brings with her from previous work with non-profit organizations and their donors translates well to providing a “Best in Class” experience for Healthy Pet’s internal and external customers.  “Her calm, friendly demeanor will allow her to interface and connect with consumers, for mutually beneficial outcomes,” states Sandy Bring, Customer Experience Supervisor.
Healthy Pet’s sustainable, natural approach to manufacturing aligns with Carroll’s personal values and her feline companion, Leroi, who is looking forward to becoming an ökofan.

Both new hires are an integral part of Healthy Pet’s rapid company growth as they strive to provide the very best, sustainable products for pet parents.
